(8) Slave counter mode
In this mode, the channel 2 works relatively with the channel 1 operation.
The channel 1 is set as (3) Auto-reset universal counter mode.
The channel 2 counts the single phase pulses into phase A in the interval of the
channel 1 interrupt generation. The channel 2 count value in the interval is transferred
into the channel 2 hold register.
When the channel 2 count value reaches the channel 2's set-point-1, the PI312
generates interrupt signal for the T3.
This mode is usable when two pulses are used relatively.
