Bona Belt UX
The Bona Belt UX sanding machine gives a smooth easy sanding
experience. It has been developed to have the quietest motor possible
together with the most effective vibration free sanding process.
For optimal dust reduction, the Bona Belt UX has been fitted with brushes
beneath both the front and side covers and is compatible with Bona DCS
70 (Bona Dust Containment System); a traditional dust bag is also
supplied. A multi-meter, showing not only the hours worked but also
volts and Hz allowing the level of current to be seen, helps effective use
of the machine. To increase the efficiency of the sanding process the
drum pressure may be set between 15 – 22 Kg using a simple twist
adjustment screw.
For convenience, a cable & hose holder, a transport trolley and a tool bag
fixed to the motor are all included with the Belt UX.

Directions for use
When using the Bona Belt UX for the first time, read the machine manual
carefully and follow the instructions to set the machine up.
Check that the sanding drum is raised and connect the cable to the
power socket. For your own safety - always use an earth leakage
circuit breaker.
Start the machine by turning the On / Off switch to the Start position.
Keep the switch in this position until the motor reaches a sufficiently high
rotation speed. When the switch is released it will return to the work
setting - position 1
If using a sanding bag this should be allowed to expand before sanding
begins.
