DRUM SANDER FOR WOODEN FLOORS ED 04 ARLEQUIN PG. 4/19 STORAGE We recommend storing the machine without removing it from its original packaging to allow up to a maximum of two packages to be stacked one on the top of the other.
DRUM SANDER FOR WOODEN FLOORS ED 04 ARLEQUIN PG. 5/19 STARTING ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS (AFTER THE TRANSPORT) To reassemble the machine after the transport, proceed as follows: Insert the grip in the two lateral slides and close the lobes handgrip. Insert the rod in the joint, lower the bush and close everything.

DRUM SANDER FOR WOODEN FLOORS ED 04 ARLEQUIN PG. 7/19 USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS PERSONAL SAFETY WARNING: Although the machine has been designed in such a way as to avoid the diffusion of the sanding dust in the air, it can’t be excluded that this event takes place; so it could happen that the user breaths the dust while using the machine.

The machine must be used exclusively to sand dry wooden floors that are flat or with a maximum incline of 2%.

Disconnect the flexible pipe of the machine from the pipe union of the tank. 6. Assemble the vacuum kit by inserting the flexible pipe in the pipe union of the tank and the brush in the rigid terminal of the same kit.
WARNING! Never start the machine without the sanding paper; it may cause the destruction of the drum. ARLEQUIN RENT (drum for rent type) Loosen fixing screws pos. 1 fig. D of the paper pressing bar pos. 2 fig. D on the drum by means of the proper screwdriver.
ARLEQUIN PG. 13/19 ARLEQUIN CLASSIC (drum for classic type) Abrasive has to be prepared in the dimensions indicated in fig. E and it has to be cut absolutely with the inclination which is showed in the picture. By means of the proper keys, turn the two tensioning shafts pos. 1 e 2 fig.
