Masonry fi replaces must be built according to the requirements of the standards for chimneys, fi replaces, vents and solid-fuel burning appliances, NFPA 211 (Latest Edition) or the applicable national, provincial, state or local codes.

    Venting 7.1 Vent Location The vent terminal must be located through the roof. This direct vent appliance is designed to operate when an undisturbed airfl ow hits the outside vent terminal from any direction.
