SECTION 3
Pronar T663/4 T663/4 SILO
The system is equipped with hydraulic locks (4) located on cylinders (1). Hydraulic locks
improve safety of trailer operation. When raising or lowering the tailgate, the system conduits
may get damaged (rupture, loss of tightness). In such a case, the hydraulic locks will lock
cylinders (1) in a fixed position.

FIGURE 3.14

(1) crank mechanism, (2) cable, (3) parking brake guide roller, (4) expander arm
The parking brake is used to immobilise and prevent the trailer from moving while standing
motionless.
Crank mechanism bracket (1) is welded to the left longitudinal member of the lower frame.
Steel cable (2), routed through rollers (3), is connected with the axle expander levers and the
brake crank mechanism. Tightening the cable causes tilting of the expander levers, which
expand the brake shoes immobilising the trailer.
