Description of the control buttons shown in figure 3:

These two models allow you to set the range hood to
operate at a ventilation speed which you wish, for example
speed III, and you can switch directly to speed I or go back
to speed III or the other way round.
Using models FS 400 1M 50 WH, FS 400 1M 60 WH
and FS 404 2M 60 WH
Range hoods FS 400 1M 50 WH, FS 400 1M 60 WH and
FS 404 2M 60 WH share similar operation logics. They
are operated by two sliders located at the lower panel
of the range hood. The left one is for switching on/off
the lightening, and the right one is for control of the
ventilation speed. Sliders should be moved rightwards
until the desired function is reached. You can switch off
the range hood by bringing the slider back to its initial
left position.

With these three models the switching between
ventilation speeds is done consecutively.

Instructions for use and maintenance
OPERATING THE RANGE HOOD WITH AND
WITHOUT ACTIVE CARBON
Do not use the appliance without filters!
TESY range hoods are intended for use with standard
aluminium filters and also with filters with carbon which
may be purchased separately.
If there is not a chimney in the room the range hood
shall be used with a carbon filter to clean the air.
This filter is not included in the package, but you can
purchase it from Your supplier or service centre. In
this manner of operation the filter shall be replaced
with a new one every 3 to 5 months depending on the
frequency of use.
Never wash the carbon filter. Keep it away from
children.
Before replacing the carbon filter you must switch
off the power supply of the range hood by
unplugging the power cord from the socket or by
switching off the fuse.

LAMP REPLACEMENT

Before replacing the lamp You must disconnect
the appliance from the mains. Let the lamp cool
down, otherwise You may burn yourself.
Remove the aluminium filters.
Unscrew the faulty lamp in counter clockwise
direction.
Screw the new lamp in clockwise direction.
Reinstall the aluminium filters.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Cleaning and maintenance of this appliance shall
not be done by children!
The surface may got damaged if any sharp or
abrasive cleaning objects or detergents are used.
Never use such. You can obtain suitable cleaning and
protective detergents from your dealer. The surface of
the appliance and the control elements are sensitive to
scratches.
