■安全に関するご注意 Safety precautions ・この商品は、機械や装置から発生されたオイルミストを捕集し、工場内のより良い環境をつくることを目的として 開発されたものです。本来の目的以外には、絶対使用しないでください。 This product has been developed aiming at creating better factory environments by collecting oil mist generated from machinery and various devices. ■取付方法/Installation ●設置に関するご注意/Precautions for mounting 注意/ Caution ミストキャッチの設置は、メンテナンスのため、壁や他のユニットと電極取出し扉の間に 1m 以上の 空間を設けてください。 また、円滑な排気を行うために、排気口から上部に 1ｍ以上の空間を、モータの冷却のために 500mm 以上の空間を設けてください。 For ease of maintenance work, leave at least 1m or more space between the electrode access door of the MISTCATCH and the walls or other units it adjoins. There must be at least 1 meter space above the exhasut port for good ventilation and at least 500 mm space between the motor and the wall or other units for motor cooling. - Page 7 ●設置/Set up ①取付面に下図に示す取付穴加工図に従って、取付穴を加工してください。 Drill the mounting holes referring to the drawings shown below. Caution When hoisting a MISTCATCH up, securely tie the wires to all the four eyebolts.
- Page 8 ・OMC-E345 の吸気口の配管/ Intake piping for OMC-E345 φ200 吸気口が３箇所あり、必要に応じて最大 3 本のダクトホースを取付けることができます。 ダクトホース接続口は付属していないので、φ200 ダクトフランジランジ（OMC-DF200）を必要数取付けて ください。ダクトフランジ、吸気口塞ぎ板の取付けねじはお客さまにてご用意ください。（M6 ねじ 12 本） また吸気口周囲にある M8 ボルト 12 箇所を使用して吸込口を取付けることができます。 吸込口参考形状を元にお客様にてご用意ください。 フランジ取付面、配管の継ぎ目等より漏れが発生する可能性がある場合にはシーリング処理を施して ください。 OMC-E345 has three suction ports of φ200 to enable up to three duct hose connections as necessary. No duct flanges are provided for these ports.

- Page 10 ●電源配線/Electric wiring 危険/ Danger 電源への接続工事および修理は、必ずその専門の業者にお任せください。 Wiring works should be done only by qualified personnel. 漏電による感電防止のため、アース線は必ず接地してください。 Ｄ種接地工事（第 3 種接地工事）が必要です。 Ground the wire without fail for prevention of electrical shock. D class grounding with the ground resistance of 100 ohm or less is required. 電源は必ず銘板に表示してある定格電圧を使用してください。...
- Page 11 ③端子台 1 のＲ、Ｓ、Ｔ及びアース端子に配線してください。 警報出力 1、警報出力 2、外部操作入力を使用する際には、端子台 2 に配線してください。 端子ねじサイズは M4 です。 外部操作入力を有効にする場合は、運転条件設定の外部操作設定 F4(P14 参照)を実施してください。 外部操作設定時は、外部操作入力に DC24V 信号を ON している間運転をします。 注意外部操作入力の極性を間違えますと外部操作ができません。 Connect the respective wires to R, S, T and ground terminals. ■警告・安全機能について/Warning & Safeguard ●アラームメッセージ表示/Alarm message indication （１）E1：スパーク多発アラーム 電極においてスパークの発生回数が多くなると、ALARM ランプ（赤）が点滅します。 ランプ点滅の状態で運転を続けると、ALARM ランプ（赤）が点灯となり、高電圧出力、モータの運転が停止し、 警報出力 1 が閉になります。 ランプ点滅時には現在の電圧値、電流値、運転積算時間と E1 が順次表示されますが、高電圧出力の 停止と同時に E1 のみの表示となります。 ＡＬＡＲＭランプが点滅、点灯しましたら電極の洗浄、碍子の清掃を行ってください。 SET ボタンを 3 秒以上長押ししてアラームを解除してください。 E1 : Alert for frequent sparking In case occurrence of sparking at the electrodes increases, the Alarm lamp (red) blinks. If operation continues while the lamp is blinking, high voltage output and motor operation will stop and the alarm output contact 1 will close. - Page 18 （４）E4：モータ過負荷アラーム モータの過負荷をお知らせします。 何らかの原因で電磁開閉器のサーマルリレーが動作した場合、高電圧出力、モータの運転を停止し、 警報出力 2 が閉になります。表示部には E4 が表示されます。 原因を取除きサーマルリレーをリセットしてください。 E4 : Motor overload alarm This is to notify that the motor is overloaded. If the thermal relay of electromagnetic switch works for some reason, high voltage output and motor operation will stop and the alarm output contact 2 will close. Display shows E4 only. By eliminating the cause of problem and reset the thermal relay, the alarm is cancelled.

■メンテナンス/Maintenance ・1～3 ヶ月に 1 回電極の点検を行い、汚れている場合には洗浄を行ってください。 Check the electrodes every month or at least quarterly basis and carry out cleaning if they are dirty. ・アラームメッセージ表示（E1、E2、E3、E6）したときに電極の洗浄、碍子の清掃を行ってください。 Clean the electrodes and the insulators on the occurrence of E1, E2, E3 or E6 alarm. 注意/ Caution メンテナンス作業を行う場合は、必ず... - Page 20 ③荷電極、捕集電極を取っ手を引いて取出してください。 注意電極を取出すときに、碍子を持たないでください。→破損の原因となります。 Pull the handle to take out the charge electrode and the collecting electrode. - Page 21 ●針電極ユニットの点検/ Check of Needle electrode unit ◎針電極ユニットを半年に一度点検してください。 また、針が曲がっていたり、針と板が平行になっていない場合には修正してください。 Check Needle electrode units every 6 months. Fix them up if needles are bent or slant. ◎針電極ユニットの取外し方法 （使用工具：ラジオペンチ） Removal of Needle electrode unit (Tool : Long-nose plier) 針電極ユニットのフック部をラジオペンチを使用して、引っ張りながら電極ユニットから取外してください。 その後、ばねのフック部分から針電極ユニットを取外してください。 取付けるときは、ばねに針電極ユニットを取付けてから、フック部を取付けてください。 取付け後、隣り合っている板と平行になっているか確認してください。平行になっていない場合は、 針電極ユニット自体が曲がっている可能性がありますので、まっすぐに直してから取付けてください。 Unfix each Needle electrode unit from the Electrode unit by pulling its hook using a long-nose plier.
