・この商品は、機械や装置から発生されたオイルミストを捕集し、工場内のより良い環境をつくることを目的として
開発されたものです。本来の目的以外には、絶対使用しないでください。
This product has been developed aiming at creating better factory environments by collecting oil mist generated
from machinery and various devices. Never use it for any other purposes than original intention.
・取扱説明書に示した注意事項は、安全に関する重大な内容を記載していますので必ず守ってください。
All the safety instructions written herein include very important matters for safety and therefore have to be observed
without fail. The marks and the symbols in this manual have the meanings as described below.

・使用上のご注意/Precautions for use
この商品は、次の条件に含まれる油を使用して発生したオイルミストを捕集することが可能です。
【危険物第 4 類第 3 石油類の一部と危険物第４類第４石油類の吸引が可能です。】
This product is capable of collecting oil mist containing a part of Class 3 petroleum having a flash point
of 70-200℃ and Class 4 petroleum having a flash point of 200-250℃ of Class 4 hazardous materials
designated under Fire Defense Law of Japan.
ミストキャッチは、各種工作機械の加工時及び製造工程に発生する一般的なオイルミストの吸引捕集を
目的としているため、次のものは絶対に吸引させないでください。
Please ensure that the following substances are not allowed to enter into MISTCATCH since it aims to
inhale common oil mist generated from machinery in production process.
・火種、工作機械加工時に発生する火花や火の粉。
Ignition sources and fire sparks generated in production.
・ガソリン・シンナー・ベンジン・灯油・有機溶剤等の引火性物質、及び引火点８０℃以下の油・洗浄液。
Flammable substances such as gasoline, thinner, benzine, kerosene, organic solvent as well as oil and
cleaning liquid with an ignition point 80 ℃. or below.
・アルミニウム・マグネシウム・チタン等の爆発性物質や、それらが付着混在した物体等。
Explosive substances such as aluminium, magnesium and titan as well as materials to which those
substances are adhered or mixed.
・可燃性の液体・ミストや、可燃性物質が付着混在した物体等。
Flammable liquid, mist and materials to which those substances are adhered or mixed.
・腐食性・粘着性の物質や有害ガスまたは非常性のものが多く含まれる気体等。
Corrosive and adhesive substances and hazardous gas or air with a lot of unusual matters.
・多量の粉塵、切削粉等。
Excessive amount of dust and cutting powder.
・４０℃以上の空気。
Hot air exceeding 40℃.
・多量の液体。
Large amount of liquid
・金属の著しい錆や樹脂の著しい劣化をまねく物質等。
→火災、破損、漏電の原因になります。
Substances which remarkably accelerate rusting of metals or aging of plastics. These substances may
lead to fire, breakage or electric leak.
