●碍子の清掃/ Cleaning of unit interior
碍子及びその周辺に汚れが付着している場合にはウエス等で汚れを拭き取ってください。
Wipe off dirt from the insulators and around it using a rag or a similar means.

●プレフィルタの洗浄/ Cleaning of Pre-filter
①六角ボルトを緩めて、電極取出し扉を開けプレフィルタを取出してください。
プレフィルタを洗浄液に漬け置きし、汚れを取除いてください。
Loosen the hexagon bolts and open the electrode access door to take out the pre-filter.
Soak the pre-filter in cleaning liquid to remove dirt.
②削粉、油分などがプレフィルタに詰っている場合は、エアブロー等で取除いてください。
In case the filter is clogged with machining swarf or oil, blow them off by compressed air.
