PROBLEMS
The appliance does not
work.
The appliance is plugged in
correctly but does not work.

intermittent beep.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
Connections.
Technical problem.
You have placed the jar
holder upside down.
There is no water in the
base of the appliance.
There is no water left in the
base of the appliance.
The jar holder or the lid of
the appliance is incorrectly
positioned.
You have chosen the wrong
programme.

RESOLUTION
First examine the device's
electrical connection.
Go to the shop where you
purchased the product or an
authorised repair centre.
Put the holder in place to
suspend the jars.
Stop the appliance and add
water inside the base as
indicated in the instructions.
Wait 2 to 3 minutes and
restart.
You can open the product
carefully by holding the
handles with a cloth or
kitchen gloves and then add
water.
Correctly position the jar
holder or lid.
Be sure to use the
programme appropriate for
the type of mixture desired.
Press and hold the button
to return to the initial
menu.
