Gebrauchsanweisung Monopolarer Elektrodenhandgriff smartPen 4.2.2 Anschluss an das Elektrochirurgiegerät Der Anschluss an das Elektrochirurgiegerät von Gebrüder Martin erfolgt über das am smartPen zugehörige Kabel oder über ein separates Anschlusskabel. Verletzungsgefahr durch Stromschlag und / oder schwere Verbrennungen! • Anschlusskabel mit smartPen nur an einem ausgeschalteten oder im Modus STANDBY befindlichen Elektrochirurgiegerät, an die monopolare Buchse anschließen. -

Grundlegende Hinweise zur Aufbereitung Der smartPen wird unsteril geliefert. • Vor der ersten Anwendung smartPen sterilisieren, siehe Kapitel 5.6 „Sterilisation“, Seite 27. Risiko der Beschädigung! Um das Antrocknen von Geweberesten zu verhindern, wird die Aufbereitung des kontaminierten Instruments unmittelbar nach jedem Gebrauch empfohlen. -

Die Aktivelektrode vom Handgriff trennen. Bei Variante smartPen REF 80-227-00-04 Kabel abziehen. Schritt 2 • Den smartPen 5 min in ein kaltes (< 35 °C) Wasserbad einlegen. Alle Oberflächen müssen komplett bedeckt sein. • Während dieser Zeit müssen die Aktivierungsknöpfe (falls vorhanden, je nach Modell) drei Mal betätigt werden. -

Informationen nach DIN EN ISO 17664. Eine Reinigung mit anderen Prozessparametern, validiert nach DIN EN ISO 15883, ist möglich. Der smartPen kann wie andere chirurgische Instrumente maschinell aufbereitet werden. Nur bei besonderer Kontamination ist eine manuelle Vorreinigung erforderlich, siehe Kapitel 5.4 „Manuelle Vorreinigung“, Seite 24. -

Keine Plasmasterilisationsverfahren (NTP-Sterilisation) verwenden! Todesgefahr oder Gefahr schwerer Körperverletzung durch Prioneninfektion! • smartPen sofort bei potentiellem Kontakt mit Prionen (CJD – Kontaminationsgefahr!) vernichten und keinesfalls wieder verwenden! Die Temperatur im Autoklaven darf 138 °C und 18 min Haltezeit nicht übersteigen, da sonst Isolierungen und andere Kunststoffteile beschädigt werden können. -

Se possibile, alcune parti dell’imballaggio vengono riciclate. Qualora non si intenda servirsi di questa possibilità, è possibile smaltire l’imballaggio depositandolo negli appositi container per rifiuti di carta e domestici.
