What to do if...
Rooms are too hot
Cause
The mixer motor is faulty.
Emissions test switch is set to

There is no hot water

Cause
The heating system is off.
Control unit incorrectly adjusted.

The remote control (if installed) is set incorrectly.

Separate operating instructions
No fuel.
"Fault" is displayed. The red fault indicator flashes on
the control unit enclosure.
The DHW is too hot
Cause
The control unit is set incorrectly.
The DHW is being heated by the solar thermal system.

Heating system fault.

Remedy
Adjust the mixer manually.
Close the flap.
Remedy
Switch ON the ON/OFF switch (see page 17).

Switch ON the mains isolator, if installed (outside the

boiler room).
Set the MCB on the power distribution board (main

domestic MCB).
DHW heating must be enabled.
Check the settings and correct if required:
Operating program (see page 33)

DHW temperature (see page 33)
■
Time program for DHW heating (see page 34)
■
Time (see page 37)
■
With oil/LPG:
Check the fuel reserves and re-order if required.
For natural gas:
Open the gas shut-off valve. If necessary, check with
your gas supply utility.
Check what type of fault it is. Acknowledge the fault
(see page 41). Notify your heating contractor if neces-
sary.
Remedy
Check and correct the DHW temperature if required
(see page 33).
Check the settings at the solar control unit and correct
them if required.
Separate operating instructions
Close the flap.
Remedy
Proceed as described on page 41.
