Error
Low vacuum or air flow

Insignificant vacuum/flow en route to
FlexFilter EX.
Suction source to small
Suction source malfunction.
Deposits / Blockage in pipes en route to
FlexFilter EX.
Duct system not properly dimensioned.
Malfunctioning valves in the duct system.
Filter cleaning malfunctioning or
insufficient
Air pressure or air flow to low
Solenoid Cleaning Valve not connected
properly.
Air lines, valve or cylinder blocked.
Cylinder or valve malfunctioning
Dust is hard to clean, normal cleaning
does not work.
Control system setting incorrect.
Air pressure or air flow to low
Dirt in compressed air lines, valve or
cylinder.
TVFD stop function activated. Reset
button not pressed.
Solenoid Valves not connected properly.
Control system malfunctioning.
Deposits/ blockage in TVFD.
Silenced exhaust regulators (see picture
no. 21 / 12)
TVFD does not close
Internal fuse F1
Sensor not positioned correctly.

Solution
See Insignificant vacuum/flow
Check capacity of suction source.
Check suction source.
Clean pipes.
Check transport velocity.
Re-dimension the duct system or add an
extra suction source.
Check duct system valves.
Check function of Solenoid Cleaning Valve
(SCV)
Adjust pressure. Check feed hose
dimension
Check valve and air pressure.
Clean / replace air lines, valve or cylinder.
Filter incoming compressed air.
Replace cylinder or valve
Contact your nearest authorised dealer

advice.
See the instructions for the control
system you use.
Adjust pressure. Check feed hose
dimension
Clean / replace.
Use a filter for compressed air.
Set the TVFD in normal operation.
Check connections.
Test manual override (see picture no. 21

Check control system. Test manual

Open regulators. Check closing speed.
