Legs
The dust separator needs to be fitted with legs (see picture no. 4 / B). The legs
come in two different heights:
High Stand
Extra High Stand
See chapter 5. Technical data for dimension details.
The legs are supplied complete including all supports and fasteners needed to
fit them to the dust separator frame (anchor bolts NOT included).
The Extra High Stand legs are the highest legs allowed the FlexFilter EX*
NOTE! Different legs are used for the single and twin separators.
* Due to explosion panel reaction forces the leg height is limited on FlexFilter
EX equipped with explosion relief panel.
Accessories
Service platform, ladder and connection piece
The FlexFilter EX can be equipped with a service platform (see picture no. 4 /
C). The platform gives easy access when changing the main and control filters.
Anyone of the rails on the service platform can be removed to attach a ladder
(see picture no. 4 / D), or a bridge (see picture no. 4 / G) linking to another
service platform.
Deflector
The FlexFilter EX with relief panel can be equipped with a deflector (see
picture no. 4 / E). The deflector alters the risk area. See chapter 9. Explosion 
protection for more information.
Bulk-bags
The FlexFilter EX comes equipped with conductive Bulk-bags (see picture no.
4 / F) for collecting the material (included). Other collection methods may be
used if found to be safe in the system risk analysis.
NOTE! Only use Nederman conductive containers when collecting
combustible material.
