Preparations for Using the Interactive Function

• Do not use the projector near a radio transmitter, television, copier, air conditioner, or other device
that may generate electromagnetic waves or radio frequencies.
• Do not use the projector in a dusty, extremely high- or low-temperature or humid environment.
• Keep any magnetic or static materials away from the camera lens in the interactive sensor.
Otherwise, the interactive function could experience interference.
• To use the interactive function, you must use an RGB cable or an HDMI cable to connect the
projector and computer.
• In Windows, use a duplicate desktop for projection instead of an extended desktop.
• When using the interactive function, using the projector remote control may cause unexpected
operations.
Operating a computer on the projection screen with the interactive pen
The interactive function allows you to operate a computer connected to the projector directly on the
projection screen.
Writing and drawing on a projected screen
You can also write and draw on a projected screen using the included software "RICOH Interactive
Whiteboard Lt".
