p. 3-59), click [Add] and select the users that can use the printer.

Do not enter a space or special characters in [Share Name].

The printer icon changes to indicate the sharing state.

For Windows 2000: Click [Start] menu © [Settings] ©
[Network and Dial-up Connections].
For Windows XP: Click [Start] menu © [Control Panel] ©
[Network and Internet Connections] © [Network
Connections].
For Windows 2000, the [Network and Dial-up Connections] folder will open.
For Windows XP, the [Network Connections] folder will open.
