Consumables/Counters Menu
Selecting [Consumables/Counters] from the [Options] menu displays the
[Consumables/Counters] dialog box. The [Consumables/Counters] dialog box will
display icons and messages that indicate the life of each of the toner cartridges and
drum cartridge.
You can also obtain the same result by clicking [
the Printer Status Window.

Refresh the Printer Status Window Menu
Selecting [Refresh] from the [Options] menu obtains the printer status and
refreshes the Printer Status Window display.
You can also obtain the same result by clicking [
Window) in the Printer Status Window.
Utility Menu
[Utility] menu allows you to specify the settings for calibration and performs
cleaning of the fusing roller.
I Cleaning
Cleans the fusing roller when the front or back of printed pages has smudge marks. By
cleaning it, you can avoid a deterioration in print quality. For more details, see "Cleaning
the Fusing Roller," on p. 5-29.
I Calibration
Calibration is automatically performed every 12 hours or each time 800 images (Full color
print: 200 pages; Monochrome print: 800 pages) are printed. However, you can perform
calibration manually when the color has changed. For more details, see "Performing
Calibration for the Printer," on p. 5-27
