Uninstalling the CAPT Software

Uninstalling removes the CAPT software from your computer. The CAPT software
can be uninstalled using the following procedure.
IMPORTANT
When the printer driver was installed on Windows 2000/XP logged on by an
Administrator, it can not be uninstalled from the computer logged on by any other than an
Administrator. Be sure that Windows 2000/XP computer from which the driver is to be
uninstalled was started up by an Administrator.

Make sure to close all files and programs listed below.

Control Panels
•
Other applications

Click [Start] menu © [Programs] © [Canon Printer Uninstaller]

For Windows XP: Click [Start] menu © [All Programs] © [Canon Printer
Uninstaller] © [Canon LASER SHOT LBP-2410 Uninstaller].
The [Delete Printer] dialog box will appear.
