Service Call

When a problem has occurred and the printer does not work properly, the Alarm
lamp (red) goes on and the service error shown in the figure appears.
If the error has appeared, cycle the power of the printer using the following
procedure. The service error message may disappear.

Turn OFF the printer, wait for 3 seconds or longer, then turn
ON the printer again.
If the service error message does not appear, the printer works properly.
If the service error message still appears, proceed to the next steps.
