    MULTICOLOR 1.2 Descrizione MULTICOLOR è un’unità effetti luce indicata per l’impiego sul palcoscenico, in discoteche e party. Dispone, come sorgente di luce di un LED superluminoso (3W) a basso consumo ed a lunga durata. 1.3 Specifiche tecniche Proiettore cambiacolori LED DMX.

    - 2 - INSTALLAZIONE 2.1 Montaggio Il MULTICOLOR, grazie alle possibilità di fissaggio sulla staffa (fig.4), può essere montato anche capovolto, su una traversa. Per il fissaggio occorrono dei supporti robusti per il montaggio. L’area di collocazione deve avere una stabilità sufficiente e supportare almeno 10 volte il peso dell’unità.

    (Master), fino a quattro MULTICOLOR come unità secondarie (Slave). • Servirsi dei connettori DMX del MULTICOLOR e di un cavo XLR per formare una catena di unità. In certe condizioni e lunghezze si consiglia di effettuare una terminazione come mostrato a pagina 9.

    3.5 Funzionamento tramite unità di controllo DMX Per il funzionamento tramite un’unità di comando luce con protocollo DMX512, il MULTICOLOR dispone di 3 e 4 canali DMX. La tabella a pagina 11 indica le modalità di funzionamento e i relativi valori DMX. Come interfaccia DMX, l’unità...

    DMX per il primo canale DMX. Se, per esempio, sull’unità di comando è previsto l’indirizzo 33 per coman- dare la funzione del primo canale DMX, si deve impostare sul MULTICOLOR l’indirizzo di start 33.     1. Collegare il telecomando con la presa REMOTE CONTROL ONLY (5). 2. L’ingresso DMX (3) non deve essere collegato; 3. All’uscita DMX (4) si possono collegare altri MULTICOLOR per movimenti telecomandati sincronizzati con l’unità principale. 4. Con il tasto STAND BY (15) si possono attivare e disattivare i raggi luce. Se la funzione è disattivata, per un controllo, il LED vicino al tasto si accende.

    MULTICOLOR - 4 - MANUTENZIONE 4.1 Pulizia sistema ottico e manutenzione • Durante gli interventi, assicurarsi che l’area sotto il luogo di installazione sia libera da personale non qualificato. • Spegnere l’unità, scollegare il cavo di alimentazione ed aspettare finché l’unità non si sia raffreddata.

  • Page 18 MULTICOLOR 1.2 Description MULTICOLOR the light effect unit is suited for applications on stage, in discotheques or party rooms. Its light source is a super bright LED (3 W) with a low power consumption and a long life. 1.3 Technical specification DMX LED projector producing RGB color changing effects.
  • Page 19 2.1 Mounting MULTICOLOR may be set up on a solid and even surface. The unit can also be mounted upside down to a cross arm. For fixing, stable mounting clips are required. The mounting place must be of sufficient stability and be able to support a weight of 10 times of the unit’s weight.
  • Page 20 This mode will allow you to link up the units together without a controller. It is possible to interconnect up to four MULTICOLOR units in a chain in order to control all slave units via the microphone of the master unit.
  • Page 21 For operation via a light controller with DMX512 protocol, the unti is equipped with 3/4 DMX channels. For connection, the MULTICOLOR is equipped with 3-pole XLR connections (1 = ground, 2 = DMX-, 3 = DMX+). According to the jack available on the unit to be connected, either use the 3-pole connection.
  • Page 22 4 channels mode To be able to operate the MULTICOLOR with a light controller, adjust the DMX start address for the first DMX channel. If e. g. address 33 on the controller is provided for controlling the function of the first DMX chan- nel, adjust the start address 33 on the MULTICOLOR.
  • Page 23 1. Connect the remote control to the jack ONLY FOR REMOTE CONTROL (5). 2. The DMX INPUT (3) must not be connected. 3. Via the DMX OUTPUT (4), it is possible connect further MULTICOLOR units in order to control them with the remote control in sync with the master unit.
