Lubricate seals, o-rings, lead-in's and moving parts with
grease.

Apply one stripe of removable strength anaerobic sealant on
threads.
Specification sheets and Graco testing indicate that
anaerobic sealant requires three days to fully cure. Failure
to allow three days for full cure may result in damage to
the equipment from parts coming loose during operation.
If faster cure time is required, warm components to 104° F
(40° C) for 6 hours.

Torque to 50-ft-lbs (67.5 N•m).

Torque tie bolts (105) in star pattern ( F
ft-lbs (13.5 N•m). Then torque again to 50 ft-lbs (67.5 N•m).
Finally torque to 200 ft-lbs (271 N•m)

Apply anti-seize lubricant to threads.

Ensure spring side of one throat seal (126) faces throat
cartridge (118) and spring side of other seal faces throat
retainer (119)..

Ensure spring side of one piston seal (117) springs face
displacement rod (115) and piston bearing retainer (116).

Fully assemble u-cups (17) and bearing (16) onto
displacement rod (15) before tightening piston retainer (14).

Torque to 70 ft-lbs. (95 N•m).
