This is stamped on the chassis at the
right-hand front end of the vehicle, i.e. in the
wheel arch in front of or behind the front axle.

Type designation, component number and
serial number are punched on the top of
engine block near the injector pump.

punched on the top of the transmission.

The plate is on the right-hand side of the rear
axle housing.

Serial number and version are stamped on
rear left side of retarder housing.
