Securing the burner to the boiler

Provide an adequate lifting system.
Separate the combustion head from the rest of the burner,
Fig. 15:
 disconnect the light oil pipes unscrewing the two unions 6);
 disengage the articulated coupling 7) from the graduated
sector 8);
 loosen the 4 screws 3) and remove the hood 1);
 remove the screws 2) from the two slide bars 5);
 remove the two screws 4) and pull the burner back on slide
bars 5) by about 100 mm;

Electrode position

Position the ignition electrode according to the
dimensions shown in Fig. 16.

Installation
 disconnect the electrode cables, then completely unthread
the burner from the slide bars.
Fix the pipe coupling with the flange 11)(Fig. 15) to the boiler
plate interposing the insulating gasket 9)(Fig. 15) supplied with
the equipment. Use the 4 screws, also supplied, after protecting
their thread with an anti-locking product.
The seal between burner and boiler must be
airtight.
