Securing the burner to the boiler

Provide an adequate lifting system of the burner.
Divide the combustion head from the rest of the burner, as shown
in Fig. 15; you have to:
 loosen the 4 screws 3) and remove the cover 1);
 remove screws 2) from the two slide bars 5);
 disconnect plug 14), unscrew cable grommet 15);
 disconnect the socket of the maximum gas pressure switch;
 remove the 2 screws 4);
 draw the burner back on the slide bars 5) by about 100 mm;
 disconnect the probe and electrode cables, then completely
unthread the burner from the slide bars.

Installation
Before fastening the burner to the boiler, check
whether the maximum output for the model
concerned is included in area A or in area B of the
firing rate (Fig. 2 on page 10).
ATTENTION
If it is in area A, no intervention is required.
If it is included in area B, the combustion head
must
"Combustion head pre-calibration" on page
21.
As soon as this operation is completed (if necessary):
 fix the flange 9) to the plate of the boiler interposing the
insulating flange gasket 8) supplied with the unit.
 Use the 4 screws supplied, with a tightening torque of 35-40
Nm, after protecting their thread with anti-seizing products.
The burner-boiler seal must be hermetic; after
burner start-up check there is no leakage of flue
gases into the external environment.
