    RESERVOIR 30 ltr. ACCESSORIES without Level switch A level switch is available for the indication of the filling level in the reservoir. As sensor serves an ultrasonic sensor. As soon as the min. or max. level allowed has been obtained, a signal is released. With the help of a signal lamp at the reservoir, this signal can be used for the visual warning or for the control of an automatic filling facility.

    Application The grease pump of type FW-A is of sturdy construction so that it is suitable for central lubrication systems for heavy machinery operating under severe conditions.     Installation (fig. 1) Set the pump up vertically ans secure it. The correct direction of rotation of the pump drive shaft is shown by an arrow. Ensure that when the drive unit is connected, the direction of rotation is correct. Carefully chlean all the piping before installation, by at least tapping and blowing through, and fill it which clean grease by means of a grease gun.

    Maintenance Dismantling the pump (Fig. 1) Unscrew the nut (5), take off the blade (4) and withdraw the scraper (3), feed screw (7) and strainer (2) from the driving bush (24). Remove the three hexagon screws (33) and remove the drive assembly from the gear unit (1). Take the driving bush (24) together with the worm wheel (25) and bevel gear (26) of the pin (23).

Remove the cylinder screws (9) and the cover (10).
