- Page 2 Assembly Instructions 2/10 IMPORTANT Ÿ Use a soft cloth between these parts and the floor. Ÿ Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble. Ÿ Do not tighten all the bolts until each part is properly assembled. Ÿ The unit must be level to work properly.
- Page 3 Assembly Instructions 3/10 STEP 2 Attach Front Rail (J) and Back Rail (K) to Side Panel (B) with Cam Locks. (See Figure 2) Cam Lock Figure 2 Cam Lock STEP 3 Attach Back Upright (F) to Middle Panel (D) with Cam Locks, then attach to unit with Cam Lock.

- Page 6 Assembly Instructions 6/10 STEP 8 Wood Screw for Caster Attach Casters to unit with Non-Locking Caster Wood Screws for Caster into Locking Caster pre-drilled holes, with Locking Casters at front. Arrow label (See Figure 4) Note: Arrow label indicates front of unit.
- Page 7 Assembly Instructions 7/10 Machine Screw Knob Machine Screw Head Cap Bolt (middle) Adjustable Pin STEP 10 Insert Adjustable Pins into side panels and middle panels at desired level. Place Shelves (H) into position. Attach Doors (M) and (N) by sliding door hinges into side panel hinges. (See Figure 5) Attach Knobs to Doors (M) and (N) with Machine Screws.

Roller at back Attach Drawer Side (P4) to unit with Wood Screws (long). STEP 12 Wood Screw (short) Slide Drawer Bottom (P5) into groove.
