Note
The machine cannot scan the area within about 0.04" / 1 mm from the rear edge, and
within about 0.08" / 2 mm from the left edge of the Platen Glass.
You can also scan in originals that are up to 0.8" / 20 mm thick, such as books. Set them
on the Platen Glass in the same way as documents.
