Check if you do not wear too many or too thick
clothes over the BlueTouch Pain Relief Patch
during treatment.
No action required.
Insert the small plug into the socket for the small
plug on the connection panel and insert the
adapter into a wall socket.
Connect another appliance to the same socket
to check if the socket is live. If the wall socket is
live, but the BlueTouch Pain Relief Patch does not
charge, contact Philips.
Insert the micro USB plug into the micro USB
socket properly and check the connection to
the computer or the charger. Make sure the
computer or charger is switched on.
