Caster Fork Installation
Chassis: Service and Repairs
1. Install the caster fork to the stub shaft.
2. Install the ½ inch bolt securing the caster fork to the stub shaft. Torque bolt
to 22.5–25 N • m (200–225 in-lb).

3. Install the top dust cover.
4. Install the wheel to the machine. Secure with the ¾ inch bolt and nut
securing the wheel to the caster fork. Torque bolt and nut to 36.5–50 N •
m (27–37 ft-lb).

5. Lower the front of the machine to the floor.
