11. TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem
Reductor doesn't work
There is H4 warning on
control panel digital screen
Reductor runs but fuel can
not reach to burning cell
Burning efficiency is low
There is H2 warning
on control panel
digital screen.
Smoke comes from chimney
connections
Fan doesn't run
There is H3
warning on control
panel digital screen.
H1 warning on
control panel digital
screen
Reason
Electricity connection might be loose
Shaft from the reductors can be
congested
check the fuel congestion led.
Motor can be broken
Bunker – fuel tank connection can be
blocked
Fuel is not well quality
Boiler settings are not made according
to the fuel type.
Chimney draught is weak.
Heat sensor or card can be broken.
Air holes which are inside the
boiler, can be blocked.
Boiler Chimney connections can be
loosen
Chimney draught is weak.
Set termostat
temperature is
achieved
Fuel can be finished
Fan button can be off.
Boiler water temperature is very high
No fuel or fuel might be congested.
Solution Offer
Check the connection
Tighten the klemens
cables.
Clean up the shaft bearing
helezon entrance hole
If it doens't work call service.
Push ON-OFF button 2 seconds.
Call service.
Fuel should be pour from a
siever and dry fuel should be
burned.
Use high quality, dry and
proper size fuel.
Make the proper settings from table

Chimney should be cleaned up.
Call service
Clean up holes and smoke pipes
regularly
Check the boiler chimney
exit and pipe connections.
Clean up the chimney.
Fan stops running when the
boiler water catches up the set
termostat temperature. When
temperature decreases 5
degrees it starts running again.
Make fuel loading.
Open main fan button.
* Check the water in boiler. If it
is inadequate, complement.
* Circulation pump is congested
* Boiler valves can be off
* There is air in system and
there is no circulation. Purge
the air.
*Check the fuel in stocker.
Complete the fuel if it is inadequate
and carry out the procedure in first
use.
* Fuel was wet when poured inside
the stocker, it is now stucked and
can not be loaded. Fuel is pumped
down by applying pressure with an
object.
