Symptom
Advanced Interface is blank
Automatic Height Adjustment is not
working
Both Arrow Keys flashing (STD. Interface)
Home Icon Crossed Out (ADV. Interface)

Possible Cause
• Loose/disconnected cable
• Cart's batteries are drained
• Interface is frozen
• Cart has not yet been initialized
• Batteries have no charge
• Cart is already in the lowest/highest
position
• Connection to the interface is loose/
disconnected
• Loss of/no home position set
• Home position has been lost
• Collision detected
• Casters are sticky/covered in debris
• Casters are locked
• Casters are damaged
• Devices/objects in the Main Bin are
too large
• Lock is engaged
• FIT Access Door is open
Solution
• Open the Work Surface (see page 27) and
check connection to the interface
• Plug in the cart to charge the batteries
• If the cart is equipped with a Reset
Switch, activate switch to reset system.
If the cart is not equipped with a Reset
Switch, briefly disconnect the Interface
Cable from inside of the Main Bin, then
reconnect to force an interface reset.
• Initialize the cart (see pages 4, 24-25)
• Charge the batteries by plugging it into a
nearby outlet
• If the cart is already in the highest or
lowest position, it cannot be further
elevated or lowered (respectively).
Reverse the direction of the height
adjustment
• Open the Work Surface (see page 27) and
check the connection to the interface
• . Hold the Down Arrow until the cart
reaches bottom (if cart is unable to move
upwards only).
• Clear any obstacles preventing height
adjustment. Adjust the cart slightly in
the opposite direction than desired, then
resume use in desired direction.
• Unlock the casters
• Clean the caster
• Contact Amico Accessories for a
replacement
• Ensure objects in the Main Bin are within
the specified size range
• Ensure the lock is disengaged (turned
counterclockwise) prior to closing the
Work Surface
• Ensure the FIT Access Door is closed and
not interfering with the Work Surface
