Resetting the Cart (Reset Button)

The Reset button is found underneath the cart's work surface and allows the user to turn workstation power outlets
ON/OFF even with a computer is enclosed inside the cart (where access to the computer power button is restricted).

NOTE: IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT AN IT TECHNICIAN OR SPECIALIST ENSURES THAT THE "POWER ON AC" BIOS
FEATURE IS AVAILABLE AND IS SET TO "POWER ON" ON DESIGNATED COMPUTER HARDWARE.
1. Disconnect from power
2. Perform a shutdown on PC (Windows > Start > Shut Down).
3. Once computer is off, press and hold the Reset button for 1 second. AC power will be cut off.
4. To fully reset cart, press and hold Reset button for 9 seconds until cart shuts down (Deep Sleep mode). To wake cart
up, reconnect to power.
5. To turn computer back on, press and hold the Reset button for 1 second.
• For long term storage, press and hold the Reset button for 9 seconds to put the cart into Deep Sleep mode.
• For SLA battery carts, carts must be fully charged every 6 months to preserve the battery. The cart can then be
put back into Deep Sleep mode for storage or transport until next scheduled charge.
