2 Safety

PRO-NITRO "A" unit has the suitable measures for its use in laboratory. However,
the nitrogen analysis by the Kjeldahl method can be hazardous and the user must
be informed of some of those risks.
In order to be respected, across this manual, the risk of danger situations are
remarked.

2.1 Safety symbols

It identifies risky situations and the safety actions to be applied.
The symbols make reference to the paragraph marked with a grey line.
Warning
Warning of a dangerous operation.

Hazard of contact with corrosive substances
Hazard of contact with sodium hydroxide and strong acid, substances that attack
skin, clothes and other materials easily.
