Microsoft Edge

The name for each setting item may differ from the one in the following steps, depending on its version.

• Proxy setup settings

Select [Settings and more]  [Settings]  [System]  [Open your computer's proxy settings] on Microsoft Edge.

Set "Automatically detect settings," "Use setup script" under "Automatic proxy setup" and "Use a proxy server" under

"Manual proxy setup" to 'Off.'

• Deleting temporary internet files

Select [Settings and more]  [History]  [Clear browsing data] on Microsoft Edge.

Select the checkbox of "Browsing history" and click the [Clear now] button.

• Disabling SmartScreen

Select [Settings and more]  [Settings]  [Privacy, search, and services] on Microsoft Edge.

Turn off "Microsoft Defender SmartScreen" under "Security."
