GMI BT Assembly Instructions

TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY

Socket set, Open end wrench set, Cordless drill with
3/8" socket bit (Magnetic recommended).

BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE WORKBENCH

Assembly of this bench will require 2 people.
Read through the assembly instructions to
familiarize yourself with the order in which the
parts are assembled. We suggest that you clear
& vacuum the area where the bench is to be
assembled. It is important that the bench is
assembled in the same sequence as instructed.

HARDWARE

All assembly hardware is provided.

MOBILE CASTER KIT OPTION

**SKIP THIS STEP IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED THE CASTER OPTION**
Attach caster to the bottom leg insert plate
using (4) 5/16-18 x 1" hex head bolts,
(8) washers, and (4) nylock nuts.

Hex Head Bolt
Insert the lower portion of the adjustable
height leg into the top portion of the leg.
The lower insert has pre-drilled starter
holes that will line up with two holes in the
upper section of the leg assembly.
Adjust the legs to the desired height.
Secure the two pieces together at
the desired height using
(2) thread forming screws per leg.
If purchased attach the lower shelf:
Lean one end of the shelf onto a leg. Hand start
bolts into the 4 threaded inserts.
Use (2) 1/4-20 x 3/4" flange bolts.
Set the opposite end of the shelf onto the
second leg. Hand start 4 bolts to attach shelf
to the second leg. Do Not fully tighten.
Use (2) 1/4-20 x 3/4" flange bolts.
Attach the rear of the shelf with (4) thread forming
screws lined up with the starter holes on the leg.
