TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY

Electric Hand Drill, 3/8" Magnetic Socket Bit.

BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE WORKBENCH

Read through the assembly instructions to familiarize yourself with the order in which the parts are assembled.
We suggest that you clear & vacuum the area where the bench is to be assembled.
It is important that the bench is assembled in the same sequence as instructed.

HARDWARE

All assembly hardware is provided.
Carefully place work surface upside down
on the floor. **Be sure floor is clear of any
debris that may scratch the top**
Set threaded inserts into all .375" holes. Use
hex driver bit provided. When inserted
properly, the flange will set flat & flush with the
work surface. (You will need to use the torque
setting on your drill.)
Connect the 2 tops together exactly
as shown to the right. Use #14 x 1" Lag
Screws.
Set the legs on the work surface as shown to
the right. Finger tighten bolts.
Standard Legs - Use 1/4 x 1-1/2" Bolts.
Corner Ped - Use 1/4 x 1/2" Bolts

  • Page 2 Attach modesty panel to the legs with 1/4-20 x 1/2" Flange Head Bolts. Finger tighten. Starting with the bolts connecting the legs to the top, Fully tighten all bolts. Insert velcro wire holds into the wire tray as shown to the right.
