11.2.5 Handling Exceptions

Purpose:
Exception Settings refer to the handling methods of various exceptions, e.g.
HDD Full: The HDD is full.
HDD Error: Writing HDD error, unformatted HDD, etc.
Network Disconnected: Network cable is disconnected.
IP Conflicted: Duplicated IP address.
Illegal Login: Incorrect user id or password.
Video Exception: frame rate is too low.
Video Input/Output Standard Mismatch: I/O video standards do not match.
Abnormal Recording: No space for saving recorded files.
Steps:
1.
Enter the Exception interface.
Menu > Other Settings > Exception
2.
Select the Exception Type and set the alarm linkage actions, including Audible Warning and Alarm Output.
3.
Click Apply to save the new settings and click OK to exit.
