11.3 Frequency
The frequency of the mains voltage is determined over a time window of 10 seconds in each case.
Limits
Two sets of limits are available.
For each, in addition to a minimum and maximum, there is also a period of time during which the limits must be observed before
violations occur.
The period is given in % of the selected observation period and the minimum and maximum in deviation from the nominal value.
11.4 Flicker
Flicker is visually perceptible change in luminosity of light sources.
A distinction is made between short term flicker P
(10-minute value) and long term flicker P
(2-hour value).
