Burner and Grate Assembly
WARNING
Assemble the burners and grates only when the cooktop
is cool.
SimmerSear™ Burner
Model DYCT365G: be sure to match the correct sizes
of components with each other.
1. Place the burner skirt over each SimmerSear™
burner head and base as shown.
2. Put the burner cap on the burner head of each
SimmerSear™ burner as shown below. Center
the bottom of the cap inside the base.
3. Put the cap cover on top of each SimmerSear™
burner cap. The ridge around the lip of the cap
secures the cover to the cap.
* The burner head on the SimmerSear™ burner
assembly is permanently attached to the burner
base. It cannot be removed by the user.

Single Burner
1. Put the burner heads on the burner bases as
shown below. Match the correct sizes of heads to
bases.
2. Line up the notch on the bottom of each head
with the ignitor on the matching base.
3. Twist each head back and forth slightly to make
sure it is properly seated.
4. Put the cap covers on top of the burner heads.
The ridge around the bottom edge of the cap
cover goes around the top of the burner head.

Single Burner Assembly
Grates
1. Gently set the grates on top of the spill tray.
2. Position the feet into the corresponding indenta-
tions located on the spill tray.
