Combining Animations from a Memory Card with Camcorder Recordings
Combine the image you are recording with animation.
Select from 3 types of Card Animation effects.
Corner: Animation appears on the upper left and the lower right corner in
the display.
Straight: Animation appears on the top and bottom in the display and
moves on the right and left.
Random: Animation moves randomly in the display.

12 animation samples have been pre-recorded on the supplied memory card.
These sample images are protected.
Adjustment of the MIX LEVEL: blue area of the animation image.

Make sure a memory card that has animations recorded on it and a cassette
have been inserted into the camcorder.
Select
1. Make sure the camcorder is set to the Q (program AE) mode.
• You cannot use Card Mix in the Night or Super Night recording
program.
2. Open the menu and select
3. Press the CARD +/- buttons to select the animation to be
combined.
4. Select C.ANIMATION.
5. Select ANIMAT.TYPE.
• CORNER, STRAIGHT and RANDOM settings appear.
6. Select the desired setting.
• Your currently recording images is combined with the pre-recorded
animation.
