Possible cause
• The following parts in the
appliance could be
blocked:
– door filter
– filter mat in door filter
– mesh filter in base
– heat pump filter
• The ambient temperature
is too high.
• The load is too wet/
heavy.
Solution
Check and, if necessary, clean the parts.

Cancel the error message by pressing the

button.
Start the programme.

If the error appears again, note down the

error message in full and the serial number
(FN) and then turn off the power supply.
Inform the caretaker, the owner of the

appliance or the property management
company.
Improve the ventilation of the room.
