To install the optical disk drive:
Slide the optical disk drive into the chassis.
1.
Secure the optical disk drive to the chassis with the two screws.
2.
Connect the SATA and power cables to their corresponding connectors on the optical disk drive.

Hard drives
The drive bays on the front panel can accommodate up to twenty-five 2.5 in. hard drives. You can
install either SAS hard drives or SATA hard drives in the server.
For servers with 4 HDDs, the hard drives installed in the server are labeled from Device 1 to Device 4,
from left to right, when viewed from the front of the server.
