10-1.Troubleshooting

Problems
Camera video is not displayed on main
window.
Cannot record video.
Recording file is played too fast.
Camera cannot be recognized.
TCP command cannot be received.
Cannot output via TCP.
Motion detection recording is not
working.
Master image comparison recording is
not working.

Messages
"Out of memory error"
"Failed to save the recorded data.
Please close the app and check the
environment"
"Out of disk space" (System error)
"Sentech SDK is not installed."
・Confirm camera connection.
・Confirm that PC is compatible with USB 3.0 if
camera is connected by USB.
・Confirm that camera's power is charged if camera is
connected via LAN.
・Confirm PC storage capacity.
（Message "Failed to save the recorded data." is
shown if the storage is not enough.）
・Confirm that PC is compatible with USB 3.0 if
camera is connected by USB.
・Confirm settings shown in chapter 9.2 if camera is
connected via LAN.
・Confirm camera connection.
・Confirm that camera's power is charged if camera is
connected via LAN.
・Confirm that IP address is in the same network if
camera is connected via LAN.
・Confirm that TCP input port is matched.
・Confirm PC's firewall settings.
・Confirm that output IP address and port number is
correct.
・Confirm whether port number is disconnected at
output side or not.
・Confirm if the detection is intended by detection
settings window.
・Confirm that master image and camera resolution is
matched.
・Confirm if the detection is intended by detection
settings window.
・Set camera's resolution or frame rate lower than
current settings.
・Confirm camera connection.
・Confirm whether PC storage is enough or not.
・PC storage is not enough. Clean up PC storage by
moving recording files to external storage, etc.
・Follow steps in "3-1.Installing Sentech SDK".
