- Page 4 MINI BRUTE FEED BUNKS ™ Before assembling the feed bunk, layout and measure the 1.5" x1.5" square tube lengths to verify that you have all the correct tubes. Gather six (6) 96" tubes and two (2) 16" tubes. Assemble as shown below using corner brackets, 3-way fittings and Tek screws.

- Page 6 MINI BRUTE FEED BUNKS ™ Gather four (4) 9" tubes and four (4) 8" tubes. Attach the 9" tubes to the corner brackets and the 8" tubes to the 3-way fittings as shown below. Using the designated holes on the outside of the brackets, secure to each tube with Tek screws. 9"...
- Page 7 MINI BRUTE FEED BUNKS ™ Gather the two (2) PolyMax® end panels and place one at each end on the inside of the frame. Align a 15" length of aluminum strap across the top of the end segment. Using Tek screws, secure the aluminum strap and end panel to the top tube as shown below.
- Page 8 MINI BRUTE FEED BUNKS ™ Gather six (6) one-way plates (#104624), two (2) 92" lengths of square tube, and one (1) 96" length of square tube. Complete the following steps inside the frame for easier assembly. Slide a one-way plate onto each end of each tube. Do not attach yet. With the assembled pieces in the center of the frame as shown below, verify that the plates at each end panel are over the end panels.
- Page 9 MINI BRUTE FEED BUNKS ™ Place the 32" x 285" length of PolyMax® lining inside the bunk frame. Using three (3) 88" lengths of aluminum strap, secure one side edge of the PolyMax® along the top tube on the inside using Tek screws spaced at 12".
