Use
1. Place the machine on a flat surface.
2. Press the lid opening button to open the lid. The lid opens partially when user hold on the but-
ton. By releasing the lid opening button, the lid will open completely.
3. Fill with water. The water level can be read off using the water level indicator on the kettle. Do

not overfill the kettle.
4. Place the kettle on the base.
5. Switch the kettle on with the switch in the handle bottom. The indicator light turns on.
6. The kettle switches off automatically when the water has boiled. Now dis¬connect the kettle
from the mains power supply. Always hold the lid closed when pouring the water out. Beware of
scalding!
Cleaning
1. Always pull out the plug from the socket before cleaning!
2. The exterior of the machine should be cleaned, if necessary, with a slightly damp cloth without
additives.
Decalcification
1. The frequency of the decalcifying operation depends on the hardness of the water and on how
often the appliance is used. If the machine switches off before the water boils, it probably needs
to be decalcified.
2. Please do not use vinegar but a commercially available decalcification agent based on citric
acid. Only use the quantities stated in the instructions.

Warranty

Champion Nordic guarantees that this product is free from manufacturing defects in
terms of materials and workmanship during a period of 2 years in Sweden, Norway,
Denmark and Finland. This warranty period begins on the day the product is purchas-
ed or delivered. Champion Nordic has no obligation to repair or replace products that
are not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to pro-
ducts purchased and used for home use and does not cover damage resulting from
abuse, failure to comply with the instructions from Champion Nordic, cases in which
the product has been modified or subjected to unauthorized repair, improper packa-
ging on the part of the owner, normal wear and tear, or improper handling on the part
of a transport company.
Correct Disposal of this product
This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other
household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the
environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it
responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources.
