You will need

2 x Screws Phillips head
Screwdriver

You can use either
pre-drilled hole to
attach cross rail (P4)
Fully tighten all the bolts on the brackets. Attach the cross rail (P4) to the side
rails (P3) with the 2 x screws (H7) and tighten with a phillips head screwdriver.
