2.3 SWITCHING THE GAUGE ON/OFF
To switch on, press
Gauges with an integral probe will switch on automatically by placing the probe against a hard surface.
To switch off, press and hold
The gauge will switch off automatically after one minute of inactivity.
2.4 CHANGING UNITS
To change the units of measurement displayed on the screen (µm or mils):
1. Press to switch the gauge on.
2. Press .
The symbol on the display will start to flash.
3. Press .
The units will change.
To change units again, repeat steps 2 and 3.
