Step 3
You will need
4 x Cam Nuts
(H2)
8 x Wood Dowels
(H3)
4 x Barrel Nuts
Soft Headed
(H11)
Mallet
Insert 4 x cam nuts (H2) into the side rails (P2) & (P3). Rotate the cam nuts (H2) so the
arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts.
Insert 8 x dowels (H3) into the side rails (P2 & P3) by hand or gently using a soft headed
mallet.
Insert 4 x barrel nuts (H11) into side rails (P2) & (P3). Ensure the opening of the nuts face
the incoming screws.
Step 4
You will need
4 x Large Screws
4 x Bolts
(H10)
(H4)
1 x Allen Key
(H1)
Attach the side rails panels (P2 & P3) to the head board (P1).
Align the dowels (H3) in the side panels with the holes on the
head board (P1). Fix the side rails (P2 & P3) with 4 x screws (H4) through the head
board and rotate clockwise to tighten with an allen key (H1).
Then fix the side rails (P2 & P3) to the head board (P1) with 4 x bolts (H10) using a
phillips head screwdriver.
