  • Page 5 Gas Lift (P7) Star Base (P8) Castor (P9) Insert 5 x Castors (P9) into the Star Base (P8) as shown. Push down firmly on each castor to ensure they are fixed in position. Insert the Gas Lift (P7) into the top of Star Base (P8). (H8) You will need (H6)
  • Page 6 (H8) (H3) (H3) (H3) You will need (H3) Left Arm (P3) Seat (P5) 4 x 22mm Allen Key (H8) Bolts (H3) Right Arm (P4) Seat Plate (P6) Note the front facing orientation of the Seat Plate (P6) and align the holes on the Seat Plate (P6) with the bottom of the Seat (P5) as shown.
  • Page 7 Seat Plate (P6) Gas Lift (P7) Position the centre hole of the Seat Plate (P6) over the top of the Gas Lift (P7). Carefully lower the Seat (P5) onto the Gas Lift (P7). Press the seat down firmly. Check the connection is secure by sitting in the chair. Headrest (P1) You will need Backrest (P2)
