Commissioning, inspection, maintenance
Cleaning the burner
1. Undo the gas connection.
Detach the intake extension.
2. Remove all connecting cables at the burner control
unit.
3. Remove the compensation lines at the gas train
and fan. To do so, hold down the blue ring on the
plug-in connector. Carefully pull off the hose.
4. Undo 8 nuts at the fan/fitting connection. Remove
the gas/air assembly.
Note
2 people are required to remove the gas/air
assembly.

Fitting the burner

Reassemble the burner in reverse order. See Fig. 17.
Note
Ensure that all gaskets are seated correctly.

Closing the burner door

1. Close the burner door.

5. Undo 10 nuts. Remove the fitting.
6. Clean the fitting and swirl plate carefully with com-
pressed air.
Carefully vacuum the burner gauze assembly from
inside. Remove any dirt with compressed air.
Danger
Escaping gas leads to a risk of explosion.
Check the fitting and gasket between the fan
casing and the burner door for gas tightness.
